Well, I am not Marko, maybe he won't be angry if I answer this question: the PRG files do not at all have a header.
in fact it is just a raw "dump" of the PRG files of D64
images (that is, the de facto standard disk image format of most Commodore emulators).

The first two bytes represent the load address in little endian format and then comes the actual data. Quite plain,
