Here is the answer from "First Hand":
You have to destroy ALL growing shields before you shoot the main
generator. (The generator is sensitive only in the middle of that.)

in which way you can defeat the final enemy in the TCFS game Flash Gordon?
Shooting at him or at the increasing shields?
