The OS96 operating system (by Solder/SYNERGY) running on Plus4 or expanded C16,
can use the hard-disk of a PC by running on it a program named 'c1551.exe'.
WinEmu (emulator C16/C232/Plus4) can use OS96 and has 1551 emulation.
