Subject: NTSC on PAL...
Once again...

Still, setting NTSC MODE on PAL plus/4s speeds up crunchers, fractal creators and other routines w/ many calculations to be done enormously.
It's also possibble to switch only parts of the "screen" to NTSC MODE and leave like one charline for controlling output data or something like that. Btw, I read in an ATARI ST DEMO that, the NO (upper and lower)
BORDER FX was done by switching to NTSC MODE... Has anybody tried this on plus/4? I think it could work like the switching between 24/25 lines display to achieve a NO BORDER FX. (It was the only ATARI DEMO I ever saw,
done in 1987 by TEX!)
