How's going?

Well, I knew the basics... (Actually, the 1541 is an degraded 2031
drive... I heard CBM did that 'cause back in the old days there was only one supplier for the IEEE cables. CBM didn't want to be depending on that manufacturer!) Still, I don't even have a solder, leave alone hardware experience... Well, I can handle my glue gun :)

Where can I find it?

Talking about "disk changes"... I coded a small routy which checks the drive (kinda like on AMIGA) for a disk change. (You don't have to press space or something to continue copying...) I always wanted to include that one in a copy program... Of course I never did! Though, I never saw a copy program with that feature!

PIGMY's 1551 Backup bugged every once in a while... Even the corrected version. Still, he's one of my HEROs :)

Well, in Germany also... but only including a 1541 drive... NEVER a fuckin' 1551...
> To Levente (where to buy 1551 tip) (sorry this will be hungarian)
The following passage has been CENSORED by the "Comittee for Avoiding Twisted Tongues in the None-Hungarian Population"!

Hey CROWN, your German seems pretty good! Still, the joke is not worth three smiles!

Yeah, that one is much better... Though the topic is not that funny!

I wonder who send that postcard? ;)
Want another one? I think somewhere hidden in the darkest corner of my drawer there's still an Eddie waiting for his fate... What's your snail-mail address nowadays? Still, those postcards didn't stop you from quiting... Well, since you are back, you are forgiven!
> I also got some cool postcards from Holland.
I guess, those were pretty CHEESY ones! Boy, I'm so funny today!
Well, I can't be at the party in Budapest :( I really would like to meet some Hungarian babes... ah... slip of the tongue... people in person!
Anyway, if someone will be in BERLIN this weekend: There'll be a major party at the INSTITUTE for HISTORY of ART! It's a summer and farewell party `cause the institute will move... Anyway, Friday night, the institute will be CHICK CENTRAL!
OK guyz... later,
CHICKEN
