Tri-Micro lists "Jeep Command" as part of their "Two-Fer" package in the Fall/Winter 1986 catalog, page 44. It was packaged with Aardvark on the same diskette for $14.95 US.
It only shows in the one catalog, not any before or after, so I suspect that they either had low sales or that they never received the license from the oroginal publisher. (There is a note at the beginning of this section that Tri-Micro was still in negotiations and would need about 30 days before they could ship some of these titles.)
