Its normal HTML folks.
Below is how to, but change the "(" and ")" at each end to "<" and ">". I had to use the "(" so I could show you how it works.
(img src="http://my.url")
Tips: Always remember to copy your post using right click on the mouse and then hit PREVIEW. That way it will preview what you have done and if it doesn't work click back on you browser and paste in what you copyed and fix it from there. Again hit PREVIEW and repeat until your happy, once happy then post!

Also, those quotation marks are Shift+2, not two apostrophes!

i made all images in this forum like html, but the preview shows right and after pressing POST, your forum adds the url of Commodore Plus/4 World

Try using apostrophe ( ' ) instead of the quotation mark ( " ) when making up the HTML link code. That should work.
