Saboteur C16/Plus4 Cover

That Saboteur C16/Plus4 cover from Crown is class!

I always thought Saboteur C16 was an after thought as it didn't really show up until the Alternative Software Limited's version came about, but not the case at all. I do know Saboteur wasn't easy to find so this C16/Plus4 Durell release has to be rare!

They charged 1 UK pound extra for the C16 version

And the instructions are great! They went to the trouble of saying sorry they had to take short cuts to fit the game on the C16. I have more respect for the C16 game now after reading that! Well done Barney who ever you are.

I'd like to note that by the time Saboteur came to the States in 1986, the C16 version was available. When we placed the order with Tri-Mirco (the only company here really supporting the Plus/4 and C16) we could order the proper version. However since 1541 disk drives are so much more common here, we were sent disks, no tape alternative.

Tri-Micro's catalog has the same "sorry" note that Lando speaks of, as well. now I suspect they lifted the description straight off the UK version packaging.....
