Plus 4 Emulator for GBA? Anyone?

Does anyone know if a Commodore C16 / Plus 4 emulator is being developed for the Gameboy Advance? I've just got myself one of those Flash roms for it and Im having to resort to using a Spectrum emulator to play my favourite old games ("Foon" - which works amazingly well even though I always hated the Spectrum).

I really hope so - It would be great to play Tom Thumb and all those classics on the small GBA.......... Mobile without having to use my laptop!!!!!!

Some months ago I had a chat with Mike Dailly, author of the +4 emulator on GP32, and he said that the same on GBA shouldn't be ported.
