The solution is simple. Buy a C64 or use a C64 emulator and play with it. 
I don't understand why the Plus/4 scene should be about converting games from other platforms for ourselves?
Especially nowadays. It's more fun to play new games, especially if they are designed for this platform. This is just envy of games on other platforms. I wasn't really interested in the many famous C64 games. I liked what was available on the Plus4. (Okay, I didn't have anything to do with the C64 back then.)
On the other hand, we have Prince of Persia, Lemmings, Giana Sisters, etc. But where is Green Beret? It's in a good place.
The demo, however, is very well done!

I guess what we do is not demand driven, everyone does on the scene in his free time what he likes, for free... So it does not have a sense to look for whys... IMHO it is more about the joy of creation than the serving of others' presumed needs.
So if TCFS wants a genocide of Lemmings, he does that- If Csabó wants to find his pink beret, let him find it :)
