Anyone else having problems running plus4emu on windows7
tried old and new versions and none work for me.
it's like the graphic drivers are missing or something.

No issues here! Same version (1.2.11), running on Win11. The only suggestion I can think of is perhaps uninstall/reinstall.

Sometimes I had in the past similar problem, some config files could have been damaged/corrupted.
The reinstall always helped. (sorry for your settings)

using this commandline makes it run
plus4emu.exe -no-opengl
so the plus4emu graphic driver is a problem for me.

Did plus4emu ever run on that configuration without errors? I had it run on W7, W8.1 and W10 and never experienced any such behaviour. However, exceedingly rarely, I had such experience with some programs in the past. It happened, AFAIR, when Windows had some issues with the graphics driver and reverted to some default MS driver. You should check if that's the case and repair, upgrade or downgrade to the last known good version your VGA driver.

i tried all available emulators in 2008 when i was making the GameBase, and did not include it.
So i don't think it ever ran for me, or i would have been using it.
it's the only emulator that has that kind of problem for me.
and i have used a LOT of emulators over the years.

i finally got it working. 
i had to assign the emulator to the graphic card.
just putting the solution here incase anyone else has the same problem.

Nice, glad you found a solution. Where is that setting BTW? I'm guessing it's some NVIDIA specific thing, since I've never seen it.

Off I did not know our nice machine's TED was so competent you need a raytrace capable video card to able to emulate it. :-D

the nvidia settings icon appeared in the taskbar after i reinstalled the graphic drivers.
if you've never seen it, you must have a working graphic card.
