|  Looking for C64/Plus4 cartridges other than eBay
Hi! I'm looking for some C64 and Plus4 cartridges for my Commodores at my mother's house. While I can look on eBay, and maybe I should, I want a more reliable source, as availability there is not guaranteed. Where online can I purchase some? I live in the U.S.

If you mean manufactured ones, I wouldn't worry too much about the +4, there's hardly any made.

For C64 other than yard sales and facebook I'd recommend getting into the 'scene' via twitter/bluesky if you're not already. Finding out who the collectors / dealers are and getting to 'know' them properly is the only way to undercut ebay as most of them sell there anyway for public offerings

ebay is probably your sensible best bet then. Just watch items for a while to truly gauge price. Really there are three types.
Scalpers that want $$$$ because they try and catch out people who think something is rare when it isnt.
Regular dealers who probably want $$ because it is their business, but often really it can be a fair price because they found it, tested it, etc.
Get lucky. Not so likely these days because the dealers are buying up to, but you never know.
Soon you will see what is a rip off, regular, good price for a specific item. Know this before you buy.
And by 'scene' it is not a scary thing. It is just guys and gals who like this stuff. Some will become your friend and will help you. But I understand it is not for everyone and maybe takes some time and understanding, so do what ever is good for you.

If you are after specifically cartridges then look at the C64GS releases. If you want an awesome cartridge then buy the easyflash cartridge for the C64. Great value for money, have a google if you haven't heard of them. The easyflash cartridge might suit you better being in America and the rarity and cost of some of the better games on cartridge can be a problem. These things are so good I bought 8 of them :-)

Thank you. Right now, I just want a few good game cartridges for the C64 and Plus4. I Googled C64GS, but it's not what I want. I like the EasyFlash cartridge and should look to where I can buy one and the price.

I've looked on eBay for game cartridges for the C64 but didn't find anything appealing. I found Bubble Bobble, though, but it was from overseas, and I live in the U.S.

Or Kung Fu Flash. If this is available in the states. Quite cheap here in UK. It is micro sd card cartridge you can add .crt files (cartridge images) and also a lot of .d64 files (disk images) so then you have every cart available just by pressing a button

I have been waiting for the day someone makes a flash cartridge for the plus/4. Is it even possible? I tried to speak with the plus4 multicart man on ebay once and got utterly blanked so I still have no idea.

Well...it's not a flash cart, but AdvSkelVic65 supports 16k and 32k C16 cartridges. I want to create a new text adventure for the Vic20, and, if I succeed, I plan to create a version for 16k C16 cartridges. I have ideas but not an actual plot, though.
