| Psytronik Plus 4 games? Where have they gone?
Hi all, As an avid fan of Psytroniks Plus 4 games I have purchased all of them in the past as there physical releases and they are fantastic. I went to the Psytronik website today to see the progress on 'Bruce Lee' for the Plus 4 but I can't see any Plus 4 games for sale on there website. Where have they gone?

Nowadays Psytronik doesn't sell disk based material, due to the lack of enough and constant sources where the disk support can be purchased. So, Kenz decided to limit the releases to few systems only, on cartridge tape or digital.
Both Lee and The Pit TBA releases have been suspended and put on a hiatus for an indefinite period.

Luca, Is there any place at all you can still purchase Psytronik PLus 4 Disk based games? Or any other disk based Plus 4 homebrew releases from somewhere else or another site? Thanks,

Speaking of homebrew games for the Plus4, I have one called Smir 3, 1. It is a Sci-Fi/Fantasy text adventure where you have to stop a madman from another dimension gaining the secret to fusion. It is an Alpha release, and even Chapter 1 is not complete. Admittedly, it is only okay, but it is my work. You can find it at https://sourceforge.net/projects/cc65extra/files/game/. There are versions also for the C64, C128, AtariXL and Apple2enh. I ask you to try it out and tell me what you think.
BTW, I'm wondering if there are any programmers out there who are creating text adventures right now and what engines they're using. I want to know how AdvSkelVic65 and AdvSkel65 stack up against them.

I don't think that anyone can purchase 5,25DD disks for a reasonable price anymore. So your best option is to buy a digital version and write it to disk yourself if you have reliable disks. (I'm not sure if they have a digital version where you can purchase the box and get a download link - that would be nice, I'd be willing to buy that for the games I don't have yet)
