I seem it is approximately 352x200 for the C64! Sprites allow us to have bigger pictures.

Yeah, the fact that the C64 version uses sprites to display graphics on the border is mentioned in the notes.
The C64 image is exactly 368 pixels wide (320 + 24 + 24).

For our +4 (PAL) we have 320x280 bitmap examples and it is possible to reach 320x288. Several demos show the 336x200 raster...
