BTW I think if I take a clear copper wire, and twisting it on the leg of the diode (generating a short circuit), the current will go though that line, so the effect is the same (OK, on the lorn term it will oxidize, so the soldering material is a better method, I just wanted to help the ones do not have soldering iron at home)
