I remember I have seen a utility that would put the screen to blank and only show a number of rows visible.
Something similar to:

But instead of combing text + hires, it would combine text + blank or hires + blank.
My intention is to run the CPU in the fast mode and still show 2-3 lines of text.
Can anyone recall such utility?
