Check the cookie settings. Maybe it needs to be allowed to accept cookies for Plus4World.

Be sure you're in the correct domain (plus4world.powweb.com). The logs are showing you correctly logging in, which means it's your browser not accepting the cookies.

I was caught out by this very thing. The browsers must view it dangerous to be signed in to a website that doesn't use the correct and full monty address. Safety gone mad.

There is a “please click here if login does not work” link after you logged in but it was not effective, you click login again and see top of the page for the link

I found out the reason:
As Csabo pointed out, you have to enter the site over this adress "plus4world.powweb.com". The login will work then.
In the past i always went over www.plus4.com or plus4world.com

I think Chrome is screwed up big time... I did see some hack warning last week and ever since it won't let me download any files like Defiance released this week, I even used IE to re-install Chrome and still no file downloading with Chrome, it just does nothing. Gave up and used IE to get it.
I only use Chrome on an old Win7 note book as it was quicker and less CPU hungry to use than IE. I've posted this with Chrome but might have to stop using it on my note book... :-/
Win 10 laptop I use IE and only IE.
