I haven't been able to make contact with Steven Combs. If BSZ or anyone else would be willing to run the latest test program, I would appreciate it. It does require a stock Plus/4.

This one attempts to quantify the delay that occurs between writing a new byte to the transmit data register and the generation of a new interrupt by the 6551, and to see if the delay is dependent on the baud rate.
