I wasn't that young and had a lot more games on day one thanks to the 11 games bundle from Commodore UK. 
The only surviving picture I have is from 1988, I took a picture of my Yamaha keyboard and Hi-fi stereo together that I bought from the early days of full time work, by chance the Plus/4's 1531 tape deck made it in to the edge of the photo.  Looking back, if only I took a photo of the Plus/4 instead of the sodding keyboard/stereo.
