What's the difference between "Commercial/TA" and "Commercial/PD"?
Is it possible to list all software by distribution type?

I'd say it doesn't matter. I was meant to be "Commercial/(T)emporarily(A)vailable" and "Commercia/(P)ublic(D)omain", but to be honest the values are a bit all over the place. The usual caveats about all this being "gray area" apply.
Yes, you can list software by distribution type: [ like this ]. This is not obvious from the site, you have to create those URLs yourself. There was meant to be an advanced search function, who knows, maybe one day we will have one

Under Software (from the menu), click "Game", then "All". This will be a full listing, which includes the distribution type column, and you can sort by it.
