Sorry it has taken a while to reply, I had to set up a plus 4 for testing the chips and then I wanted to test a few for a while to make sure they were OK. Although they had been stored in antistatic plastic tubes there were a few that had suffered from their long term storage (bent pins, impact damage, oxidisation etc). There seem to be 3 types, R2 and R3 both from 86 and some with no revision marked that appear to have an 87 date code. I mainly bought these for myself to use in my own machines and for future repairs but I have put some on sellmyretro if anyone is interested:

I realise these may not be the cheapest but I have taken the time to test each one including loading a game, checking sound etc.
