In date 2019 April the 13th, Jason Scott has released 45 (!) game sources of Infocom adventures in ZIL format via GitHub.
Hence, o brave game conversions guys outta here, the first to go takes'em all!

Wow, so many classic, and some unknown gems! I suppose Shogun could be a very interesting and challenging game, the book was my fav when I was 16-17.

seems like all the disks using the same structure, you only need to load "loader",8 and your're on the go.. great!

Luca was my pleasure!
I tried to use the loader with some of the other original missing games, but the story file in the original disks seems to be a kind of hidden. I suppose a copy protection here.

There is no copy protection as such but - IIRC - the data is load with B-R (block read) commands from the disk rather than LOAD-ed in a regular manner. One would have to decipher how to place the various data and code segments on the disk first.
