Plus4 - troubleshooting sick unit.

Need some help troubleshooting this.. Can someone offer good starting points? I've checked power.

Check our Publications page, you'll find helping texts like this one, could it be the BASIC ROM IC? Anyway, the best way to find a bad IC to me, remains the open-you-Plus/4-turn-it-on-and-wait-for-the-warmer-bad-with-your-finger-probe
