Nope, no-one has this. I think this is the first time I'm hearing that Kikstart existed on a cartridge - without some proof or confirmation I would say there is no such thing.

Yes it's the 2games ROM, including Kikstart and Invaders, made up in 2017 by some guys at forum.de.
