A more common C64 light pen can be used with a joystick adapter. The software itself is listed in the database for download.

You could emial the guy selling it and ask him if he will ship to Italy?

As James said the software is here and it's the Plus/4 version. And if you look about on the net you may find info on how to make the lightpen which may cost less than the asking price of the one your after..?
