Hi all,
I have just started a new Commodore Plus/4 Group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/c16.plus4/
I'm an avid Commodore fan and the Plus/4 was my very first computer so has a sentimental place in my heart. If this interests you please feel free to join and come have a chat with us. A bit of background about me, my name is Christina/Kitty, I run the website Commodore is Awesome since 2011 and also the website Vintage is the New Old. I won't spam the urls as I don't know what the rules are here and I don't want to get into trouble but you can find them easy by searching on google by the name. I have been online since 1998 and have been following Commodore Plus/4 World for a very long time. My favourite Plus/4 games in no particular order are Spiky Harold, Tom Thumb, Treasure Island, Mayhem, Dorks Dilema, Icicle Works and Kane.
If anyone can point me to how to register here that would be great, many thanks

Nor am I for many reasons, one of which is below...
If you died under suspicious circumstances the first place the media look is Facebook. I sleep better at night knowing I don't give them that satisfaction.

I'm going with MIK - nobody will find me on Facebook either, nor on any other unsocial social network like Twitter, Google, Tumbler, Instagram and whatever else they've invented to break into one's privacy.
For the same reason, I don't keep a smartphone and therefore, I'm are unable to use Whatsapp. My 15-year-old Nokia mobile phone is good enough for communication.
@ Jakec: From your posting, you should replace "unfortunately" by "fortunately".

Happy to see so many C16/plus 4 people are also not buying into the facebook nonsense, or twitter either since that's a similar branch of the same lunacy tree! I don't do anti social media either!

Ulp.....sorry Kitty, certainly was not moaning about what you are doing regarding the user group, that is a good thing and one that can remind us facebook sceptics that it can be put to good use at times, I just recoil in fright at the "I saw so and so on facebook generation" nothing at all against your idea which I think is good. However the Commodore is awesome website is one that I wasn't aware of until your post so I checked it out and have bookmarked it. Your post was not wasted on me!
