If you look at the above menus and click on "Features", look down a little under 2009 and your see, "Plus4 World Uploader". Click on that. 
Keep a copy of the picture code it gives you as your picture will not display when you first post a message, you have to "edit" and "save" again, then your pictures will display. It's easier to add your message, save this and then "edit" adding your pictures at this point...
When you first post there are short cuts that can be used to do stuff to save time, but once saved it turns into HTML and that's why the pictures now display once edited because you will be given the the correct HTML URL for where it is, which will now work.
As for the blood stains, George gave him a TED to the HEAD, and then he was DEAD.
