I remember that one, I played all of Shelmie's games when they came out. It was such a shock to see a bunch of nicely done, polished games "come out of nowhere". Just checked it out, it still works. Joy port one is all you need. The little white cursor is your "mouse pointer". Fire to start, then point to the arrow and press fire two more times for your first spin (though you may want to adjust the "stake" (bet) first).

Use Joystick in port 1. ESC to quit the game. Any time, exit with the cursor to the upper right side of the screen to enter the "emulators'screnshot taking" mode, and come back to the left to come back in play.
Accept the options in the upper left corner by clicking on them or clicking the azure arrow, swap the options by clicking the very first upper left cursor box, just before the arrow when it needs.
First, you have to choose the difficulty: easy/heavy. Afer that, you can choose the starting pot, clicking on POT, from 100 to 2100.
At any turn, choose the fixed stake from 2 to 60; any stake bigger than 10 let you play for the extrabonus. Click STAKE to start; you can wait for the result or stop any of the 4 wheels by pressing fire. At any winning combination, you can choose between store your money (JACKPOT) or bet it in a guessing game (GUESS). WIN reports the game you're progressively beting in the guess subgame. Occasionally, the game let you decide which weel you eventually wanna hold for the next turn, by clicking on them.
