|  Plus 4 damaged, no video at all
Hi!
I just found a non working Plus 4, it does turn on, but there's no RF or RCA signal at all, just a little interference when the machine is turned on.
Should I try to get a video chip replacement, or should I check some else kind of failure first?

Check the PSU voltages first. Even with a dead TED chip, you usually get a signal.
