It's most likely the same guy. I doubt that there are more JEFs around. So Space Fiends should show "Coded by Jef". Go ahead and add it

Too many similarities for it to be a coincidence  Either the same game, or a knock-off? It's definitely worth a note on the Space Fiends page.
