I really love the look and feel of the Plus/4 keyboard and case. If I were to buy a dead Plus/4, do you think it'd be reasonably possible to adapt the keyboard connector so I could run a cable from the Plus/4 to the keyboard socket of a different Commodore computer, say the 128 or 64? I realize each computer has different keys, but could the shared keyset be utilized?

We have some hardware experts on the forum who are partying at AROK right now. So you should wait for them to drop by.
I'm a bit more optimistic then SVS If I recall correctly plus/4 and C16 have (despite the different connector) a "technically" similar keyboard. Furthermore, I assume that C16 and C64 (not C 128) have a similar keyboard connector (I have seen C64s equipped with C16 keyboards and also KEYRAH seems to have the same connector for C16 and C64 keyboards). So I think this is possible. A problem could be cable length and I'm not sure if the RESTORE key on C64 needs some special wiring.
