Was curious. I have a couple plus 4s lying arround. Was wondering if they made a BBS program for it?

Hey there! Interesting topic to be curious about 
They did, HiggyTerm is one such program. (On our platform these are referred to as "terminal" programs, perhaps you searched for BBS and didn't get any hits). This was before my time though, and I never owned a modem either, but MikeZ for example should know quite a bit about it.

The short answer is yes.
From what you wrote I'm not sure with who or what you want to connect. If you want to connect the two plus4s back to back then you only need a null modem cable.
If you want to connect to a BBS over the phone (or maybe over an internet phone) that is a whole different arrangement. You only need the BBS software (which is available - you can start looking at Zimmers) if you want to be the SYSOP. As a user of a BBS you only need a terminal prg.

Plus 4 Online is what I need. I am looking just to set up a dial in BBS. The only problem with Plus 4 Online is it is german. Do they make any other that are english?
