Hello Gaia, I am trying to convert MERCENARY (+4) from .tap to wav so that I can restore my original non working copy on tape. I want to do this by connecting a cassette recorder to my pc soundcard. Also the reverse wave feature actually reverses the wave to counteract a feature of some pc sound cards where the card actually inverts the WAVE (please read: http://www.luigidifraia.com/c64/tapwav/help/index.html )
Please, if you find a reliable way to do this then post a short idiot's guide. I don't have much hair left to tear out
