The keys with accented letters are suspiciously whiter than the regular ones I mean it really looks like it's a user made modification, but still interesting. What's the source of the image?

In Germany we have the Deutscher Zeichensatz Sticker on some 264er Machines, the look so too.

That was my first idea, too, but the "Deutscher Zeichensatz" from Kingsoft has also stickers for 'Z' and 'Y'. Somewhere I have a orginal Plus/4 with german software included with one has also sticker on it. I have to check both the orginal commodore one and the one from kingsoft if they are different

There is, to the best of my knowledge, no official Swedish 264 kernal. It's most likely an EPROM, and the stickers from a Swedish C64 kit. A ROM dump and a better photo would be interesting to see.

MagerValp: the link is from Lemon's forum, so perhaps it is a good idea to ask your fellow citizen for more info? I might be able to recover the exact forum thread in case you have no chance to do so.
