I have that game and have done a scan on the inlay.. but I wonder where to upload it for you?

Contains this release of Jet Set Willy the C16 oder Plus4 version on the disk?
The cover has a note Plus4 and not C-16.
Better make a D64 of the disk, too.
The Plus4 version contains a big maze to play, we need any map.

It was me who gave Luca the scans from my disk!
I don't own any C16 or Plus4 so I can't test this version.. but it says Plus 4 on both the inlay and also on the disk itself .. I have sent a mail to Luca with a photo on the disk itself!
