PAL or NTSC

Hi,
I live in the USA. I bought a Plus/4 off ebay the american ebay.
My Question is this.
Is the Plus/4 that was sold in USA PAL or NTSC.
Also I went to a ftp site. it was the C64RULEZ one. In the Plus/4 Section of the ftp
there was tons of Games. Will the games on the C64Rulez.org FTP site run
on my Plus/4?

P.S.
If the machine that works in my country is NTSC Should I test games in
YAPE and set the machine option to NTSC Standard?
To see which ones work?

American Plus/4s are NTSC. You can verify it like this: after power on, type MONITOR + return, then type >FF07 and return. If the first number after >FF07 is 48, it's NTSC. If it's 08, then it's PAL.

All the games that are on c64.rulez.org are also linked from our site. By browsing there, you won't be able to tell if a game will run on NTSC or not, but by browsing our site, you can. (E.g. by looking at Oblido, you will see that it's PAL & NTSC compatible, and you will also see the rulez.org download link.)

The US uses NTSC so it's probably NTSC.
