Thanks for the link to the Anco book. I will take a look at it on the commute to work.
The one I am really hoping to find is the Plus/4 Programmer's Reference Guide - the Commodore book. There's a cover photo at commodore16.com, but it is not in the download section. Does anyone know if this is available anywhere?
