I am ready to get the Plus/4 Programmers Reference Guide put on the web. How do I go about it and send the files to? This is the one from the US and is about 400 pages. Very good reference.

I scanned the C16 user manual ages ago, its on this site somewhere. Its just a bunch of jpegs, but its all there, covers and all.
When I get my scanner back, I'll scan some other stuff.

The only way I can think of is scanning the pages individually. (I am in the midst of doing this with the C128 Prog. Ref., but it will have to wait until I'm done some exams in mid-June.)
You can use OCR software to convert it to a text file, but it's probably easier to save the files as graphic files. Those can we OCR'd later, or converted to PDF (try OpenOffice.org for Linux or Windows systems).
Anyone have any better ideas?

I am dying to find an electronic copy of the +4 Programmer's Reference Guide! Does anyone have one?
I'd be willing to scan it for all to access if it's available in Canada.

| New Plus/4 / C16 manuals released!
It's a "getting started" package for people like myself who just got one of these computers but no manuals. Includes:
# basic35.pdf - A detailed Basic 3.5 manual. # advanced.pdf - Hardware and advanced basic programming. # short35.pdf - A short "ink-saving" basic reminder. # tedmon.pdf - A short description of the built in machine language monitor.
