Well, this is a Commodore Plus4 site, not C64 (unless that was a typo)

However, the game you're looking for is Hyperforce, which is available on both Plus4 and C64. (If you're after the C64 version, you'll need to look elsewhere for it

What's the name of this C64 game?

The game is really freaky and has a weird alarm-ish sound effect through it. You have to control all these bars and stop it caving in on you or something and there's a weird message, something about "you fool!" when you lose.

Please, my memory is hazy!
