Like you say, it's a weird and obscure game, it's not what I expected, and fantasy is not really my type of thing. In the end, I coulndn't be bothered to play even with the hints.
Thanks anyway, I'm gonna try Robin of Sherwood next.

It's a difficult, weird adventure. Can't say it's one of my favourites. I added the full solution to the The Sorcerer of Claymorgue Castle page though, hope that helps.

Claymore Castle help needed

I bought Sorcerer of C.C. in '85 and couldn't make any progress. 19 years later on the emulator and I still have no idea.
Please write if you have some tips!
