I knew a guy whoes Plus4 power supply died and he couldn't get hold of another so he had the round C64 shape fitted and used a C64 power supply. Mod'ed rounds one could be about....
Sidius sounds good, maybe it was imported or slowly worked its way to Italy over the years.

Even if it works, it's not a good idea IMO to use the C64 supplier... ...but that you have to cook an egg over it >:0)

You can use a C64 power adapter for that plus/4 with ease and no problems. I do that too.

Whether that is now an older machine, I do not know, but in Germany for example both devices were sold - with round plug, and with the angular...
Thus not necessarily somewhat special - at least for Germany !

I'd bought a +4 on italian eBay, the mainboard only was sold. I got the stuff, but when I tried to connect a power supply to it, the connection revealed itself as round! Early machine?
