All of the games you've mentioned will work on a PC with the aid of an emulator like YAPE. Try using the search feature for the titles you've named and YAPE itself... =-)

c16+4 games for pc

Does anyone know where or if I can get hold of c16/+4 games for use on a pc? Favourite games were Fire Ant, Harbour Attack, Exorcist and Icicle Works. Would love to play them again!
