I'm sorry, but I don't have that skill. Can I buy one already-made online? |

I'm telling you one more time: buy a soldering iron and some solder and you will be able to build a looooot of stuff. |

I just tried Google and eBay but didn't get what I wanted, and the prices on eBay were too expensive. |

I just remembered the SRAM card from Solder. I think it's exactly what you're looking for. But I don't think it's available for purchase anymore. Or rather, those who have one won't give it away.

bszggg: I downloaded both links and plan to try them soon. Hargar: I am just looking to load games, and I have two real 1541/-II drives at my mother's house and am expecting a fastload cartridge in the mail. I really want either real cartridges or a hardware-based cartridge emulator. Thank you both.
BTW, yesterday evening, I found on eBay somebody selling a lot of C64 cartridges. |

If you're just looking to load games, I'd recommend a PI1541, which you can use on both, the Plus/4 and the C64. It's the slowest option because it completely emulates a 1541, but it has the fewest problems. |

I tried Google and just tried eBay but came up empty-handed. Let me try for C64 cartridges. |

I thank you for the links. Would it be more cost-effective to buy ready-made cartridges or make my own? If the latter, how would I do it? Same for the C64? |

In plus4 advanced search link:
https://plus4world.powweb.com/search/hasdownload/ROM
https://plus4world.powweb.com/search/hasdownload/CRT
But if you want to use in a real machine, it needs to made some hardware from it. It is possible to buy some "one game catridge"s too.
or somee of new type hardwares.. that can use an sd card as a drive too.
I Think the best option some sd card plus4 drive. eg: "Joco's sd drive" (fast, but it is a loader not a real drive) or "tcmbtcbm2sd" (fast and fully compatibile with the 1551 interface) or "sd2iec" (compatibile your c64 just slow) |

| Plus4 cartridges: where to get?
Hi! I live in the U.S., and I have a real Plus4 at my mother's house. Where can I get real cartridges for it? Same for my C64C there? |
