One of the resources we used in the early days of C64->Plus4 conversions, was a manually annotated Data Becker C64 ROM listing book. It was created by @Pigmy. Essentially he went through the C64 ROM and for every code entry point address in the C64 ROM, he found the equivalent Plus4 address, and pencilled it in the book. There was at least two copies, Pigmy's and mine. I thought I still have it, but apparently it is either hiding or has been lost.
By any chance does anybody have a copy? Or did anybody created something similar since then? Having low expectations, but you never know.
