Patt is a pretty smart Trailblazer in one dimension, but it really need the code in order to clear up the keyboard buffer, both for keypress repeating and for the single keypress: when the player has pressed the key once, the keyboard buffer must be deleted; no keypressing should be count untile the key hasn't been released yet.
