Check that you are getting 5vdc into and out of the main power switch. After that check for shorts to ground.

The PSU is working well with another computer, so the fuse inside the PSU is good.

Where to measure the first point of 5VDC?

The fuse inside the computer is for the 9VAC power which is used by casette motor and the User Port only. The fuse for 5VDC is in the power supply.

I get no power in my Plus/4 at all on the accorded IC pins. Where to start measuring on the PCB? On the fuse there is power, so it gets from PSU/connector to the switch to the fuse.
