TED & CPU dead

There are two components that commonly fail in the Plus/4 and C64, namely the CPU and TED. If I were to guess, I'd say that the black screen is a dead CPU, and the yellow screen is a dead TED. Try swapping chips between the two, with a bit of luck you can put together one working computer out of the two.

Plus /4 and C16 Faulty

I have 2 plus 4 with the same trouble black screen.
I knoe it could be a lot of things but is there especially a very fragile part of the plus/4, a commun trouble ???
Same with a C16 but yellow screen
