You want the very top left one (BB-64, for the C64) plus a Plus/4 adapter. Email Ray at rcarlsen@tds.net for current pricing and shipping charges.

the 128 supply is 100% safe and 100% repairable
and id say the c16 is safe to

I've learned all Commodore power supplies are a ticking time bomb. How many 64's were killed by supplies going bad.

get a 128 power supply , drill 2 holes in it and install both the plus4 and a c64 plug and you will have a repairable good quality 3 way power supply
that is the best way to build your own
