 Re: Function 2017

Looks like the Oldskool Demo category only had 2 entries, one of which was a compo filler, I think any of us could have easily gotten a silver medal happy

 Re: Function 2017

It was great fun. We should have more of these occasions, preferably with releases. From my side it was a real last minute decision to attend the party (thanks to Murphy and Unreal for helping me getting there) so I had no time to do anything. Maybe next time. happy

 Re: Function 2017

After the wild compo we were talking about tying 16 C16-s together for a demo. Or 1+4 plus/4-s with one of them doing the output and using the others for calculations. happy

 Re: Function 2017

Ahahah! grin

Addon: Quad Core, running on 4 synchronized C64s on 4 projected screen is a very fresh idea, and it has worthly won the wild compo. But I've to say it's not my cup of tea all in all... I said the same about Intrinsic Gravelty, winner at Evoke as alternative platform demo, which runs on a Pebble smartclock with the addon of two gameboys: very interesting, but mmm... assembling in a bunch several synchronized platforms is wild and fun, but it's not a "real" canonical platform.
In the future, ppl will put in synchro more and more exotic stuff; the next innovative demos could be a TV Pong infinite match with me Csabo and Kichy around it farting at the same time, innovative uh?

 Re: Function 2017

No new plus/4 prods, just some preview of some ureleased stuff on my tablet and some adhoc presentaion about it. This is why you have to come to parties. happy

Oh, the picture above is just the imitation of party coding. We are too old for that. :)

I watched Unreal draw that space battle picture live... Oh, man. The talent. It's just incredible.

So, to get back on topic: any chance for some new Plus/4 stuff?
