It's just one of the many, many utilities that we don't have any documentation for, collecting dust, waiting for someone to figure them out 
I took a look. It appears to be a disassembler. It reads the file(s) from the disk and let's you select/deselect them with space. ESC to continue. It even has a part for subroutines like $FF4F (DisAss has this as well). In my test it produced a .SEQ file. I'm not sure if that's meant as an input file for Turbo Assembler, or just to be read by some other utility. The one thing I couldn't figure out is how to type, when it was presenting me with **** fields. It let me move the cursor around, but did not accept any keypresses. It also most likely has 256kb support (like many other Csory utilities), since the title screen displays "Reassembler 256kb".
